Where Passion Meets Care
We are a growing practice, we currently have one FOP in South Wales just outside of Cardiff and we are in the final planning stages of opening our second FOP in April.
At Live Well Vets, we’re driven by a deep passion for both the pet owner and the patient. Our commitment goes beyond just veterinary care; we form a bond of trust and understanding with every client, cherishing the privilege of being entrusted with their beloved pets.
We believe in the power of human connection – being human with our clients, and fostering a supportive, compassionate environment among our team members. Our approach is not just about medical treatment; it’s about empathy, understanding, and genuine care.
As an independent veterinary practice, we stand out by offering our clinical team the freedom and flexibility they need to provide the best possible care. This independence allows us to focus on what truly matters – the well-being of the team, patients and owners.
Live Well Vets: Our Core Values – The Four P’s
1. Privileged: At the heart of Live Well Vets lies a profound sense of privilege. We are deeply honoured that pet owners entrust us with the care of their beloved companions. This trust is the cornerstone of our practice, inspiring us to deliver compassionate and dedicated service.
2. Pride: We take immense pride in our work. Every task, no matter how small, is carried out with the greatest care and excellence. Our commitment to quality reflects our dedication to the pets and people we serve.
3. Passionate: Passion drives our quest for veterinary excellence. We are committed to providing the finest care to our patients and equally thoughtful care to their owners. Our team’s passion is evident in our unwavering efforts to enhance the lives of pets and the people who love them.
4. People: Fundamentally, we are people – genuine, empathetic, and caring. Our approach to veterinary care is people-centric, both towards our clients and within our team. We recognise the importance of human connection and support, making us more than just a veterinary service; we’re a community.
Our culture thrives on teamwork, support, and a refreshingly unique perspective. Our practice owner isn’t a vet, which means we embrace an open-minded approach in everything we do. This leads to highly valuing the insights and contributions of our clinical teams, creating an environment where innovation and continual improvement are the norm.
Our team describes our practice as family-friendly, recognising and respecting the balance between work and personal life. We understand that life doesn’t just stop when you walk through the practice door, and we aim to support our team members comprehensively, embodying a truly humane approach to work-life integration.
Join us, and you’ll discover that every day at Live Well Vets is a remarkable journey. It’s a place brimming with laughter, constant learning, and a fair share of animal antics. Our practice is more than just a workplace; it’s a vibrant community where each team member finds the space to flourish.
Someone who fits with our culture of wanting to learn, is supportive our their team members and can share a joke or coffee (maybe something fizzy on occasion). Understands the importance of taking the owner on the journey with their pet and shows empathy in the process.
We offer part-time, full-time and job shares – hours and working patterns are flexible with helping to plan rotas giving the teams certainty of working hours. We do not have any out of hours and only open 9-1pm on a Saturday and closed on Sundays.
