Our Mission: Inspiring Excellence
At Myerscough College and University Centre we have a nationally and internationally recognised Further Education, Higher Education, Adult Education and Apprenticeship provision. The Further Education provision is well established, the Higher Education provision has a well-recognised partnership with UCLan and the apprenticeship provision is operational nationally. We offer a rewarding and enjoyable working environment, where colleagues are inspired to make a positive difference to the educational experience and employability of our students. We are one of the top five largest land-based and sports colleges in the UK.
The college campus is lovely, and there is a large working farm, and many animals that we use for teaching and production.
We offer a collegial working environment where instructors can shape their jobs ,and bring new techniques and science to their teaching roles.

We have maternity and paternity leave policies in place, and our working environment is set up well for working parents in that hours are predictable, and flexible.
We have a hybrid working policy in place, and there is a great deal of flexibility in the role to adjust hours provided teaching times and responsibilities are met.
Our whole campus is dedicated to sustainability, and our college is continually innovating in the field of sustainable farming.
